Hairy grama – Bouteloua hirsuta
Hairy grama is a warm season perennial bunchgrass. It provides good forage for cattle & wildlife. Although this grass doesn’t reach the proportions of other bunchgrasses, it makes for an attractive planting interspersed amongst the larger bunchgrasses & wildflowers.
